What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own quality checks, reporting, and process improvement for digital platforms. I want a team that values accuracy, clear documentation, and consistent performance targets while offering room to grow in QA and support.

I'm a BPO professional from the Philippines with over five years of experience in quality assurance, AI content evaluation, and customer service. I currently work as a Quality Support Analyst at TaskUs, reviewing AI-generated content moderation decisions, flagging errors against policy guidelines, and documenting findings to improve annotation accuracy.

Before this, I handled healthcare accounts as a Customer Service Specialist — covering patient scheduling, insurance verification, and member navigation. I hold a BS in Information Systems, which keeps me grounded in data and systems thinking.

I'm currently looking for remote roles in data annotation, QA, customer service, or operations support where I can put my attention to detail and process-driven mindset to good use.
