What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an organization where I can lead EEO/civil-rights investigations, partner with HR and legal, and deliver trauma-informed, legally defensible findings that strengthen compliance and protect people.

I’m an investigative and compliance professional with more than 15 years of experience across government, public education, higher education, and healthcare settings. My work focuses on EEO, employee relations, civil rights, and workplace investigations, including Title VII, Title IX, ADA, and disability accommodation.

I conduct intake assessment and jurisdictional analysis, develop structured Statements of Allegation, and run trauma-informed witness interviews to support credibility assessment and evidence evaluation. I prepare legally defensible investigative reports for leadership and coordinate referrals across HR, ADA personnel, Legal Affairs, Title IX, Workplace Violence Prevention, and University Police, while maintaining audit-ready documentation and confidentiality. I also served as an Investigative Supervisor I, overseeing 200+ complex investigations annually and strengthening case quality, timeliness, and documentation standards through coaching, QA, and case management oversight.
