What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote civil rights, EEO investigations, compliance, or HR advisory role where I can independently manage sensitive matters, deliver defensible findings, advise stakeholders, and strengthen policies, training, and compliance programs.

I'm conducting end-to-end discrimination, harassment, and retaliation investigations for Hillsborough County's Human Rights & Professional Standards Division, from intake and trauma-informed interviews through final reports, corrective-action recommendations, and agency responses.

Previously, at the District of Columbia Office of Human Rights, I investigated EEO matters across protected classes and created department-wide work standards that improved case-closure timelines and documentation consistency. I also advised leadership on compliance, prepared position statements, supported conciliation, and helped deliver training and outreach.

My civil-rights and employment-litigation background at The Spiggle Law Firm grounds my work in careful legal research, confidential case management, and clear written analysis. I bring a J.D. and an LL.M. in Rule of Law and am fully available for remote work.
