Formalized the Nvidia Infrastructure Specialists (NVIS) technical training curriculum, compiled departmental instruction manual, and produced audio-visual training materials. Edited and produced 10 suites of training videos, co-curated Vimeo database, and facilitated NVIS courses using Moodle.

Led production of e-learning materials for Claroty Technical Sales Professional course, compiled PowerPoint-based training materials for seven courses, and built Camtasia-based training videos for nine courses. Solely replaced the Claroty Cybersecurity Analyst practical examination with a SCORM-based exam.

Oversaw technical documentation operations for the Fluidmesh IoT Business Unit, created full suite of XML end-user documentation, and managed transition from MS Word to Paligo XML and later to Oxygen XML Editor and Adobe Experience Manager.

Independently compiled and maintained an average of 12 comprehensive electronic warfare documentation sets per year, collaborated on e-learning courses, and created high-level marketing material. Inspected user interfaces and assisted with factory-acceptance testing.

Qualified as a Motor Trade Artisan in November 1999.

Completed N3 in Motor Trade Engineering in June 1996.
