I coordinated testing across concurrent scrum teams, validated complex integrations, and participated in release Go/No Go governance.
At Intercontinental Hotels Group, I managed Performance and Automation Engineering teams and transitioned centralized QA operations into an agile TaaS model. Across my work, I’ve developed testing processes and CI/CD integration, and used AI tools to support test strategy, workflow mapping, and defect analysis.
