What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an IT Officer role where I can support and improve technology infrastructure, drawing on my banking IT support and software development experience.

At Diamond Trust Bank (DTB), I supported branch operations by troubleshooting network glitches, hardware faults, and system errors to help keep service disruptions to a minimum.

I also assisted staff and clients with digital banking platforms, resolving technical issues while adhering to banking security and compliance standards.

Alongside my banking IT support experience, I’ve built and maintained web and mobile platforms for clients using Python, TypeScript, and SQL.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Mount Kenya University and am applying for the IT Officer position at National Bank of Kenya.
