I'm looking to apply my litigation, regulatory compliance, negotiation, and legal operations experience to improve case outcomes, strengthen client relationships, and support effective teams.

I'm an Assistant Attorney General handling litigation and regulatory compliance matters, including administrative licensing hearings, complaints, cease and desist orders, and consent orders.

Over more than 15 years with the Michigan Attorney General, I've built extensive family-law experience across custody, child support, abuse and neglect, guardianships, paternity, and parenting-time matters. I work closely with judges, opposing counsel, board representatives, and unrepresented parties to pursue amicable settlements while maintaining confidentiality.

Previously, at the Social Security Administration, I supervised teams of Legal Assistants, Legal Specialists, Paralegal Writers, Attorney Advisers, and Senior Attorneys. I reduced backlog by 90%, maintained more than 115% decision productivity, and supported staff workload management, accommodations, leave documentation, and benefits-related processes.

As the owner of Nicholas R. D'Aigle, Attorney at Law, I represented clients in divorce, custody, support, neglect and abuse, juvenile delinquency, probate commitment hearings, and appellate work. I've appeared in motions, evidentiary hearings, and trials, advised clients, and represented indigent mothers and juveniles.
