At Northern Trust, I conduct UX research for internal, external, and client-facing products and services. My work includes user interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and heuristic evaluations that inform product and system design.
I partner with UX leadership on research, design, and experience strategy initiatives across enterprise products. I also present research findings and actionable insights to senior stakeholders and product owners.
Before my current role, I interned at Conscious Diapers, where I conducted usability testing and created personas and site maps to support product design. I also worked with the UX team on research and project initiatives.
At the National Society of Leadership and Success, I led the Research & Development team’s work to redesign and rebrand the foundation website. I structured usability testing and contributed to a user-centered design vision aligned with organizational goals.
