What I'm looking for

I am looking for a Mid–level to Senior UX Researcher role or a Mid-level UX Designer role.

As a recent graduate of Terra.do's "Climate Change: Learning For Action" online course, my dream is to work for an organization focused on combating climate change, as a way to bring my passion for protecting the natural world to my career and get more involved in sustainability efforts.

With 5 years of experience in the field of UX, I have had the privilege of working with diverse companies ranging from large corporations to innovative startups. This exposure has broadened my research skills and approaches, allowing me to understand the intricacies of designing user-centric experiences across various industries.

I joined TMP’s Product Design team to help optimize the user experience for our partnering companies. I worked closely with two product squads to streamline client onboarding to accelerate value realization, reduce churn, and improve retention rates. As well as revamped the job post and applicant review processes, leveraging UX research insights to drive enhancements and improve user satisfaction.
