What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to support users, maintain ICT systems and networks, build software, and continue growing through practical technical work and training.

At MOHI Namarei, I support learners and staff with computers, networking equipment, software, and ICT facilities while teaching Cisco Networking Academy content.

I diagnose hardware, software, operating-system, peripheral, and connectivity issues; maintain computer laboratories; configure Cisco routers and switches; and support LAN cabling and network testing. I also help users work effectively and safely with Windows, Linux, networking, and cybersecurity practices.

I've supported the MOHI Cisco Portal, gaining exposure to Node.js, Express, MongoDB, deployment, and web application maintenance. My Personal Finance Tracker project demonstrates my interest in user-focused interfaces, data handling, and application deployment.

I'm completing a Diploma in Software Engineering and bring a proactive, user-focused approach to troubleshooting, technical documentation, maintenance, and training.
