What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level or junior IT position where I can apply practical technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to support IT operations and contribute to business success.

I've supported IT operations at the Technical University of Mombasa, diagnosing and repairing computer hardware and software issues for staff and students.

I installed, configured, and maintained Wi-Fi networks, assisted with fibre optic splicing, and supported network connectivity and maintenance.

At Kenya Methodist University, I taught Microsoft Office applications and MySQL database fundamentals, prepared ICT training materials, and supported students during practical lab sessions.

With a Diploma in Information Technology, I bring hands-on troubleshooting, technical support, data entry, and communication skills to junior IT opportunities.
