I’m looking to develop a substantial role where I can go above and beyond, deliver excellent results, and share my passion for exceeding expectations—while staying calm under pressure and helping others perform at their maximum.

I’m a travel professional with more than ten years of experience in the travel industry, focused on delivering excellent results in fast-paced environments. I bring expert knowledge of Amadeus and Galileo GDS systems (and other travel systems such as BSP), and I’m known for being well organised, calm under pressure, and able to handle last-minute changes and emergencies.

In my most recent role as a VIP Travel Counselor for American Express Global Business Travel, I supported high-profile VIP clients (including McKinsey & Company) with discretion and confidentiality—tailoring travel plans to specific needs, managing sensitive information, and ensuring swift solutions to travel-related issues. I also developed teams through my training work at eDreams (creating materials, running lessons in English and Spanish, and managing training portals/KMS), and I’ve strengthened my attention to detail through refund escalations and service quality monitoring.
