What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can lead customer experience and sales initiatives, apply CRM technologies, drive retention, and grow professionally within a collaborative, impact-driven team.

I am a customer-focused professional with a degree in Actuarial Science and hands-on experience across bancassurance, telesales, data entry, procurement, and customer service roles. I have driven sales and relationship-building efforts at DTB/Jubilee Insurance, supported operations at Datola Microfinance, and executed customer support and CRM tasks using Zoho in call-center and outsourcing environments.

Currently leading customer experience initiatives as Chief Customer Officer, I design retention and VoC programs, integrate CRM technologies, monitor CX KPIs, and manage cross-functional teams to improve satisfaction and operational efficiency. I bring strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and MS Office skills with a track record of meeting targets and improving customer journeys.
