As a Social Media Manager for Nexzy et Imah's World (2017 – Present), I develop and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp. I boost visibility and conversions using Meta Business Suite & Zoho, while monitoring performance with Google Analytics to continuously refine my strategy.

Before that, I supported customers and managed social channels as a Customer Care & Social Media Handler at Propertyvault Ltd (2017 – 2019), creating daily posts and campaigns and handling inquiries and feedback. Earlier, as a Customer Service Representative at Hotel Booking Ltd (2013 – 2016), I managed bookings and resolved service complaints—work that strengthened how I communicate and support people.
