What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and improve content operations, distributed editorial teams, publishing systems, and compliant multi-site content programs.

I run content operations for three of Cassiel's MSN-syndicated publications — RushExperts, RightLivin, and RealLifeDIY — managing daily publishing across a distributed team and building the editorial compliance systems that keep rejections low and consistency high.

Over 15+ years of remote work, I've scaled editorial operations from startup to enterprise. At FreeStuffFinder (Simple Life Media), I recruited, trained, and led a team of roughly 50 people spanning blog, social, affiliate marketing, email, and the SOPs that held it all together.

I build the systems that let content teams run without me: Facebook ad templates, Quora campaigns, AI-assisted UGC video projects, and the operational documentation that lets a growing team scale without breaking. A background in English Language and Literature shapes how I think about clear, audience-fit content.
