At Google, I established XAT as the designated observability platform for Gemini Enterprise for Googlers, giving teams visibility into agent activity, latency, and health. I also developed Latinum’s agent evaluation capabilities, using automated evaluation and human review to improve quality.

At Google’s Enterprise Platforms Engineering, I led Snipit’s modernization roadmap, scaling the platform to 350K daily active users while migrating 7.9+ billion records with zero downtime. The work received a 2026Q3 Healthys Gold Award.

Before Google, I worked on e-commerce, payments, and marketplace products at Vistaprint, Cimpress, TravelTriangle, ICICI Lombard, and People Interactive (Shaadi.com). My work included a dynamic shipping calculator that reduced monthly customer care contacts by 34K, payment gateway routing, and the 0-to-1 launch of FamilyShaadi.
