I'm looking to lead complex, global product initiatives where I can build scalable AI/ML, risk, decisioning or financial-crime capabilities and turn customer, regulatory and technology needs into practical outcomes.

At HSBC, I lead global AI/ML financial-crime and credit-decisioning products across complex, regulated markets. I’ve owned strategy, roadmaps and deployment for capabilities used across 50+ markets, balancing customer outcomes, risk coverage, regulatory requirements and operational impact.

I built a self-service model-insights dashboard that eliminated approximately 3,000 manual hours annually and developed a cross-border credit-portability product from concept to deployment. Across banking and technology, I’ve translated business and regulatory challenges into scalable products, digital workflows and data-led operating models.
