I’m an HR Operations professional with experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle, HR compliance, HR analytics, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and HRIS administration. I partner with business leaders to streamline HR operations, ensure compliance, and improve employee experience through data-driven decision-making.

In my current role, I manage onboarding, documentation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding while maintaining HR process compliance with labor laws. I generate HR dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel and Power BI to monitor attrition, headcount, hiring, and engagement, and I work extensively with Workday to maintain employee records and data integrity. I support performance management cycles and engagement/recognition initiatives, coordinate employee queries, and deliver process improvements that reduce manual effort, improve reporting accuracy, and help with HR compliance documentation and audit requirements.
