At Genpact, I recover outstanding amounts on invalid claims by billing back customers and resolving deductions such as fines, penalties, shipment issues, and low-fill discrepancies.
I use SAP S/4HANA and High Radius to reclassify claims, analyze historical billing patterns, manage disputes within deduction windows, and reduce cycle times through stronger workflows and documentation. I was recognized as Star Performer of the Month for the highest recovery amount.
Previously at IBM, I processed and investigated 100+ claims, transmitted invoices through EDI, and supported clients with claim-status and coverage queries. I bring proactive communication and independent ownership to cross-functional work with Sales, Billing, Credit, clients, and stakeholders.
