What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead or coordinate operations in a high-volume environment where I can improve service quality, accountability, scheduling, communication, and continuity across teams and locations.

I currently supervise daily cleaning operations for Imperial Cleaning across multiple New York metropolitan locations, coordinating field teams, staffing, attendance, schedules, supplies, site openings, and service coverage.

Previously at Nelbud Services, I advanced from service technician to Area Manager, directing teams at high-demand customer locations and using KPIs, inspections, quality controls, training, and feedback to improve productivity, service quality, and cost control. I also partnered with HR, Labor Relations, Training, Operations, and Payroll on staffing, employee concerns, and organizational changes.

I bring earlier high-volume customer service experience from JetBlue Airways, where I handled reservations, airport operations, delays, cancellations, and complex customer situations in both English and Spanish. I focus on timely follow-up, clear communication, operational continuity, and practical process improvements.
