I’m a dedicated Operations Manager with over 8 years directing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring client satisfaction in facilities and janitorial services. In my current and past roles at ABM Industries, I directed daily operations across a portfolio of 15 accounts and delivered janitorial and building services projects on time and within budget. I manage up to 100 employees through training, performance coaching, reviews, and disciplinary actions, while also administering payroll, generating reports, and maintaining meticulous documentation.

I also focus heavily on continuous improvement—championing Lean methodology to eliminate waste and clutter, establish visual order, and create consistent processes. Whether it’s overseeing multi-million dollar budgets and contract negotiations or ensuring strict OSHA, health, and safety compliance, I bring an operational efficiency mindset that supports growth and safety initiatives.
