I’m a results-driven Research Associate with experience supporting market research through both primary and secondary research, from study planning to execution. I’m energized by high-volume outreach, clear communication, and using structured processes to improve response and conversion.

In my current role at Asia Research Partners LLP, I recruited and onboarded 423 healthcare professionals across 25+ countries into an expert panel through targeted outreach. I identified and filtered professionals using LinkedIn based on geography, specialization, and experience level, then coordinated availability tracking and scheduling to keep onboarding moving smoothly.

I strengthen research quality through practical data collection design, including building Google Forms with MCQs and short/long response formats. I also conduct high-volume outreach via LinkedIn and email campaigns (~200 emails/day) using Apollo.io and Mail Merge, while delivering value propositions and incentives to drive successful sign-ups.

Previously, as a Volunteering Intern at Kshitiksha Foundation, I increased social media presence through targeted outreach and supported campaigns that promoted the organization’s mission. Across roles, I bring an adaptable, proactive mindset, focusing on continuous learning and achieving organizational objectives efficiently.
