I am a dedicated Bellman with hands-on experience at DoubleTree By Hilton and Aleph Doha Residences By Hilton, delivering consistent guest service in fast-paced hotel environments.

My responsibilities have included check-in/check-out procedures, prompt and careful luggage handling, guest escorting, message and mail distribution, and inventory control; I was recognized as Team Member of the Month in April 2021.

I maintain thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, local streets and attractions, emergency and fire procedures, and I arrange events, excursions and transportation as requested; I work all shifts and thrive in multitasking, high-pressure situations.

I am passionate about guest satisfaction, professional development and contributing to a collaborative rooms-division team that values operational excellence and memorable guest experiences.
