I’m a hospitality Duty Manager overseeing front office operations to ensure smooth daily service. I lead workplace communication, engagement, and problem-solving at the managerial level, while coordinating with departments to keep operations seamless and guests well cared for.

Earlier, as a Brand Ambassador, I supported guest check-in/check-out, managed feedback and requests through email/OTA platforms, and prepared daily and monthly reports using Revmax (plus sales and pickup, and reservations). In previous Hostess/Team Leader roles, I warmly welcomed guests, managed reservations and seating flow, handled opening/closing duties and menu engineering, and supported P&L reporting—always committed to learning, contributing, and delivering reliable service.
