What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level remote reservations, booking support, or customer service role where I can use my hospitality, communication, computer, and data-entry skills to support customers, process information accurately, and contribute to efficient daily operations.

I've supported daily household operations in Qatar and Saudi Arabia, coordinating schedules, routines, requests, and multiple priorities in high-responsibility environments.

In Qatar, I communicated professionally through phone, text, and messaging platforms while providing reliable, respectful, service-focused support. I handled operational challenges independently, maintained confidentiality, and completed responsibilities within required timeframes.

My hospitality training and computer training have prepared me for customer service, reservations, booking support, chat and email communication, data entry, and administrative organization. I'm comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Publisher, internet navigation, and typing skills.
