At Rwanda Institute for Conservation Agriculture (RICA), I conducted field visits, interviewed farmers, and collected data on adoption of Conservation Agriculture practices in Gakenke District.
I supported farmers through community meetings and field demonstrations, and recorded and reported participation, adoption progress, and field challenges. I also prepared weekly and monthly reports with activities, achievements, and recommendations.
At Masaka Creamery, I supported quality control, conducted product checks, and maintained production records. I also assisted with HACCP-related hygiene monitoring and compliance checks.
