What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can apply technical irrigation and research skills to community-focused programs, lead youth empowerment and peacebuilding initiatives, and grow in program management within mission-driven organizations.

I am a youth development practitioner, irrigation engineer and research professional with over five years of experience in community development, youth leadership, climate resilience, WASH and sustainable livelihoods.

I co-founded and lead a non-governmental organization focused on education access, youth empowerment, peacebuilding and social cohesion, mobilizing volunteers and coordinating partnerships to support vulnerable youth.

My professional experience includes designing and supervising rural irrigation and water infrastructure, conducting field research and agricultural data collection, and performing monitoring, evaluation and humanitarian data entry for multiple NGOs and private sector employers.

I combine technical skills in irrigation engineering and data analysis (SPSS, STATA) with program management, advocacy and research to deliver impact-driven projects that strengthen community resilience and promote peace.
