At Omorfia Group in Abu Dhabi, I support branch performance, onboarding, employee communication, client relationships, and people insights through CRM reporting. I coordinate between employees, managers, and external providers while helping resolve workplace issues and strengthen branch operations.

Previously, at Philip Morris International's IQOS Boutiques in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, I guided customers through product use, after-sales support, troubleshooting, and the full customer lifecycle. I also trained and onboarded promoters, gathered CRM feedback to identify product and service improvements, and partnered with marketing and logistics teams on campaigns and delivery activities.

I also take on event-based Media Operator and Events Specialist roles across UAE events including Games of the Future, ADIPEC, and Formula 1. I bring a people-focused, emotionally intelligent approach to creating positive experiences for guests, clients, teams, VIPs, and athletes.
