What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing banking or financial-services role where I can manage customer relationships, resolve service requests, maintain operational accuracy, and grow through broader responsibilities in service delivery and operations.

At ICICI Bank, I manage end-to-end branch banking customer interactions, from onboarding and account servicing to documentation updates and issue resolution.

I use Finacle, ICRM, FinnOne, FCRM, and Helpdesk systems to process customer requests, coordinate with internal teams, maintain compliant records, and deliver timely service in a fast-paced environment.

Previously, I supported collections operations at TVS Credit Services and managed financial records as an Accountant. My background also includes quality testing and compliance as a Chemist, strengthening my attention to accuracy, documentation, and process discipline.
