What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a permanent, contract, or fractional role where I can lead product design, design systems, UX architecture, and discovery for complex SaaS products. I work well with remote teams across UK and EU time zones.

At Redstor, now CyberSentriq, I led product design for a B2B SaaS data-protection platform serving 40,000+ businesses. I grew the design function from one designer to seven project leads and developed a direct report into a Design Systems Lead.

I led end-to-end UX for Microsoft Entra ID Backup, working with 20+ managed service provider partners through interviews and usability testing. The launch reached 83% onboarding completion, improved time-to-first-protected-tenant fourfold, and supported 106 tenants across eight countries within six months.

I build design systems, UX architecture, and discovery practices that help teams deliver confidently. I’ve governed a Figma-based system adopted by five development teams and 48+ engineers, reducing handover time by 60% and increasing delivery velocity by 130%.
