What I'm looking for

I'm open to permanent, contract, or fractional remote work with UK/EU time overlap, where I can lead product design, design systems, UX architecture, and discovery for complex B2B SaaS platforms.

At Redstor, now CyberSentriq, I lead a seven-person product design function for a B2B SaaS data-protection platform serving 40,000+ businesses. I grew the team from one to seven, and every report now owns a project stream.

I led end-to-end UX for Microsoft Entra ID Backup, using partner interviews, usability testing, and live-usage data to drive an 83% onboarding completion rate and a fourfold improvement in time-to-first-protected-tenant. I also co-built and govern a design system adopted by five development teams and 48+ engineers, reducing design-to-development handover time by 60%.

My background combines six years of business analysis with product discovery, UX architecture, design systems governance, and Design Thinking-led delivery. I also build and maintain Scrubd’s e-commerce site and Payfast integration.
