I’m a Site Coordinator with experience managing the daily operations of a fast-paced after-school program, serving students, parents, teachers, and staff from diverse backgrounds. I focus on delivering excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and maintaining positive relationships.

I supervise large groups of students, ensuring a safe and organized environment while multitasking efficiently and adapting to changing priorities. I collaborate closely with team members to keep daily operations smooth and effective.

Before that, I built strong frontline experience as a Cashier, providing friendly customer service, processing transactions accurately, and keeping the checkout area organized. I’ve also worked as a Freelance Designer, developing a professional logo and supporting a client’s visual identity using Adobe Illustrator.
