I currently work at Butera market inc (2021-2024), operating a cash register, giving back exact change, and assisting customers with great service. I also answer customer service phone calls and make sure I document everything on computer.

Previously, as a Youth development assistant at Boys and girls club (2014-2021 of July), I made sure kids were attending activities and answered phones and questions. I used Microsoft and Google Docs to document kids behavior while supporting a positive, structured environment.

Across my roles, I bring a fast learner mindset, strong organization, and active listening to every interaction. I work well as part of a team, speak English and Spanish, and focus on problem solving and clear communication.
