What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level office, coordinator, customer service, or project-support position where I can organize information, communicate professionally, manage priorities, and learn new systems.

I'm currently coordinating daily operations, schedules, communication, and organization for a fourth-grade after-school program at Great Hearts Archway Academy. I work closely with parents, teachers, administrators, and staff while keeping information accurate and supporting consistent procedures.

Previously at Floor & Decor, I worked directly with customers to understand their project needs, budgets, and goals. I created detailed floor plans and project materials using CAD, SketchUp, and Chief Architect, while managing proposals, specifications, deadlines, and follow-up.

My background also includes high-volume guest service, reservations, cash handling, and retail sales at Sol Mexican Cocina, Bath & Body Works, and Ross. I'm fluent in English and Arabic and bring organized, professional communication to customer-facing and coordination work.
