I’m looking for a call center environment where I can leverage my customer service and sales experience to answer queries, resolve issues quickly, and maintain a positive customer experience—while continuing to grow my communication and problem-solving skills.

I’m a customer-focused sales and customer service professional with experience interacting with customers, answering queries, and resolving issues in a retail setting. As a Toys Department Sales Associate, I handled transactions while building customer relationships, staying calm and helpful even in busy moments.

Before that, I supported customers and assisted with operations as a Vulcanizing Shop Assistant, which strengthened my ability to adapt to fast-paced environments. I bring excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with critical thinking and basic computer skills, and I’m currently attending Fish Vendor College while preparing for a call center environment where I can deliver reliable, solution-oriented support.
