I'm currently configuring and maintaining Workday Core HCM business processes at JNET Technologies, including hires, terminations, job changes, and compensation events. I also manage Workday Recruiting workflows, requisitions, onboarding, and candidate lifecycle management.

I've executed EIB-supported bulk employee data loads while maintaining 98%+ HRIS data accuracy across Workday and Greenhouse. I create custom Workday reports and calculated fields that support HR leadership dashboards and workforce analytics.

Previously at Cognizoni IT Solutions, I led the migration of 500+ employee records into Workday-compatible systems with zero data loss. I performed HRIS audits, validation, reconciliation, recruitment analytics, and ATS pipeline reporting.

I work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance teams to translate requirements into scalable HRIS solutions, testing enhancements through SIT/UAT and documenting SOPs, test scripts, and SOX-aligned audit materials.
