I’m looking for a Workday-focused HRIS role where I can lead global Core HCM and Recruiting programs end-to-end—partnering with HR/IT stakeholders, strengthening governance, and expanding automation to improve employee and candidate experience.

I’m an HRIS Technical Lead with 11+ years of overall HRIT experience and 7+ years of deep, hands-on Workday experience, delivering global Workday implementations and rollouts across North America, Europe, APAC, and India.

I’m known as a trusted advisor to senior HR, business, and IT leaders, bringing strong stakeholder management and global team leadership. I translate HR and recruiting requirements into scalable Workday solutions that remain standardized while staying locally compliant.

Across multiple roles, I’ve led configuration and optimization for Workday Core HCM and Recruiting—enhancing job application workflows, streamlining candidate experiences, and optimizing offer management through creation, approvals, and automated delivery for global regions. I’ve also automated relieving and employment letter generation by configuring Workday processes and Journeys, eliminating manual efforts and improving consistency.

I focus on end-to-end delivery with governance: monitoring Workday releases, driving adoption planning, performing impact analysis and regression testing, and governing Business Process configurations, supervisory organizations, locations, and enterprise-wide security models. I also build capability through reporting and integrations—Workday Help, email ingestion & case management, EIB loads, RAAS reporting, and inbound/outbound integrations—while continuously improving employee and candidate experiences.
