At Cognizant, I managed campus-hire onboarding and training lifecycles while applying Workday HCM knowledge to pre-hire tasks and HRIS data validation. I also designed and maintained a Power BI L&D Cohort Governance Dashboard to track trainee progress and readiness.
On the L&D Cohort Governance Dashboard project, I created a star-schema model across six fact tables and five dimensions, covering seven cohorts and 288 candidates. I developed DAX measures and interactive views for attendance, assessments, utilisation, feedback, and project readiness.
At Uniq Technologies, I managed recruitment, payroll processing with Jibble, onboarding, and employee records as an HR Specialist. Earlier, as an HR Operations Intern at Ison Xperience, I maintained HR records and supported leave, attendance, and employee queries.
