For ETTA Solutions, I delivered ERP implementations across CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, E-commerce, E-learning, and Website. I built a multi-level sales commission system for DMC Holding that saved millions in previously untracked payouts, and helped manufacturing clients achieve a 25% operational efficiency improvement and 15% reduction in production lead times.

I've led remote implementations for Tidy Haus, Daily Distributors, Ebizzcom, Orthodox Verification, and Canadian ecommerce clients. My work includes Odoo configuration, eLearning automation, custom development, stakeholder coordination, user training, technical documentation, and post-go-live support.

At Integrative Intelligence Global, I consolidated Dubsado, AWeber, Asana, and Squarespace into Ivory, configured e-learning and CRM workflows, built KPI reporting, and created SOPs that reduced onboarding time. I build systems that work—and stay until they do.
