What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to continue helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder through evidence-based care while growing as a clinician and leader. I hope to pursue graduate study in behavioral or clinical psychology and contribute through client care, research, teaching, or mentoring.

At Hopebridge Autism Therapy Center, I provide individualized ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, implementing BCBA-developed treatment plans and supporting functional communication and skill development.

I've achieved Level 4 RBT status, Hopebridge's highest internal competency designation, and mentor newly hired Registered Behavior Technicians through onboarding, clinical guidance, skills coaching, modeling, and feedback. I maintained a 100% certification success rate among the 15+ technicians I've mentored.

I'm pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and plan to continue developing as a clinician and leader through graduate study in behavioral or clinical psychology.
