I am looking for a role in a supportive environment where I can continue to grow and make a difference in people's lives.

I am a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) with a passion for helping individuals in a supportive environment. My experience includes implementing behavior intervention plans for children, collecting and analyzing behavioral data, and providing direct therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs. I thrive on the challenge of learning new skills daily to enhance my effectiveness in this rewarding field.

In my previous role as a Case Manager and Peer Specialist, I worked closely with clients facing mental health challenges, ensuring they received timely medication and support in a safe environment.
