Erionna Edwards

I’m a compassionate, dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with over 3 years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorder. I implement ABA therapy and behavior intervention plans to help children build skills and independence.

I provide one-on-one support across home, school, and clinic settings, working under BCBA supervision while collecting and recording data on behavior and skill acquisition. I help with behavior reduction and skill-building programs, and I collaborate closely with families and team members to ensure consistent care.

Before focusing full-time on ABA, I worked as a preschool teacher, creating structured learning environments and routines and supporting children with developmental delays and behavioral challenges. I’m passionate about helping children reach developmental milestones, and I bring patience and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
