Behavior Interventionist combining research, data analysis, and compassionate support to improve client outcomes.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Behavior Interventionist with 6 years of experience serving vulnerable populations, with a strong foundation in research and data analysis. I bring 2 years of case management experience and a patient, attentive approach to assessing needs and supporting growth.
In my current roles, I provide in-home supportive services and behavior intervention for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, partnering closely with BCBA and clinical staff. I take detailed and accurate data, manage client records, and run programs with an emphasis on trust, emotional regulation, and child safety.
Alongside clinical work, I’ve strengthened my impact through education and tutoring. As a Private Tutor, I conducted initial assessments, developed strengths-based lesson plans for multiple students, and used transparent communication with caregivers to support additional resources—helping increase test scores and reading comprehension skills.
I also bring experience across school and office environments, including substitute teaching and administrative support through CRM-style systems and office operations. With crisis prevention training and First Aid/AED/CPR certification, I’m committed to staying calm under pressure, documenting thoroughly, and collaborating effectively to improve outcomes.
