Systems and Process Supervisor is a new position created for a company wide Kartesis Process Standard to be developed and implemented across all company facilities. Developed in France, the KPS is now being implemented at the Tonawanda Kartesis USA facility in western New York.

Quality Manufacturing Services is a new corporation involved in pre-processing and part sorting. Located in Belden, Mississippi less than ten minutes from the nearby Toyota facility in Blue Springs.

LeaderSTATE is a week long summer camp for JROTC students to encourage and teach engineering. Every week approximately 75 new students would come to the campus of Mississippi State University to learn about science, technology, engineering, and mathematics for a week.
Responsibilities included:
-Developing involving and fun 60 minute experiments for campers.
-Instructing campers on manufacturing

-Designed in class experiments for the introductory courses of Aerospace Engineering
-Facilitated in class demonstrations of aerospace concepts and problems
-Created assignments based on drafting and designed by hand and with Catia software

-Supervised rocket launches to ensure proper safety regulations were observed by team members.
