I’m a Solar O&M Electrician with 10+ years of hands-on residential and commercial solar experience, including utility-scale and commercial PV O&M. I specialize in O&M, troubleshooting, installation support, and technical training, with a strong emphasis on remote monitoring, documentation, and keeping systems producing reliably.

In recent roles, I’ve worked across dispersed sites by monitoring DAS/SCADA alarms, communicating performance data to remote operations teams, and leading root cause analysis with documented corrective actions. Earlier, I supervised field operations and delivered hands-on curriculum—coaching crews on NEC-compliant work methods, enforcing safety standards, and coordinating corrective maintenance and RMAs to reduce downtime and improve first-visit resolution.
