I've implemented laser cutting equipment, crane systems, and shop-layout changes; supported PPAP and first-article builds for turbine-engine programs; and improved on-time setup performance from 23% to 71%. My work combines ASME and AWS code compliance, GD&T, tooling design, shop-floor problem solving, and Lean Six Sigma improvement.
