I’m a highly experienced Senior Project Support Engineer and Operations Specialist with over 20 years’ expertise in infrastructure, telecoms, and technical operations. Across Openreach and Morrison Telecom Services, I’ve led large-scale projects and regional service delivery while keeping health and safety, compliance, and quality at the center of delivery.

I specialize in turning complex engineering processes into high-value technical documentation—covering as-built records, RAMS, and standard operating procedures—so engineering outputs clearly align with project requirements.
