I’m looking for a role where I can use quality auditing and content moderation experience to protect users, improve policy adherence, and drive measurable accuracy gains through reporting, feedback, and data-informed training.

I’m a Quality Analyst with hands-on experience auditing moderated content for accuracy, consistency, and platform policy compliance. I evaluate moderator performance, provide constructive feedback, and translate quality findings into actionable improvements.

In my current role, I identify recurring error trends and collaborate with training teams to reduce mistakes. I also develop quality guidelines, update scoring systems, and prepare detailed reports on error rates, policy gaps, and team performance for management. Previously as a Content Moderator, I reviewed posts, comments, and media, took rapid action on harmful content (such as hate speech, harassment, and scams), investigated user reports, and escalated serious cases while staying aligned with community standards.

Alongside QA work, I bring a strong language and communication foundation from my work as a freelance Translator and Interpreter, including research-driven, culturally relevant translation and localization. I also have front-office experience from hospitality internships (concierge, reception, and operator support) and I’m comfortable working with systems for reservations, guest profiles, and billing.
