What I'm looking for
I’m a Trust & Safety and Marketplace Integrity specialist with 10+ years supporting global digital platforms, from fashion resale and education ecommerce to travel search and freelancer marketplaces. I focus on moderation leadership, listing and image review, and ensuring strong policy compliance across high-volume environments.
Since Feb 2019, I’ve been Head of Moderation Policy Enforcement (present), leading moderation workflows for marketplace safety, listing quality, and policy adherence. I review listings, images, and marketplace content for quality, accuracy, and policy compliance, while performing taxonomy correction and data accuracy checks to improve discoverability and consistency.
I’m also experienced in fraud and counterfeit risk detection, escalation handling for high-risk or edge-case reviews, and luxury authentication processes.
