What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an internship as a Sales Analyst Assistant.

At Kuehne + Nagel, I supported Sales and Customer Experience teams with commercial operations, client communication, and sales support. I also assisted with client onboarding and freight quotations, coordinating with customers and international offices.

I developed Tableau dashboards and weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reports to support commercial performance tracking and business decision-making. I also collaborated with cross-functional teams on customer experience and reporting workflows.

At Intra – Air Conditioning, Heating & Solar Energy, I managed CRM systems, customer databases, and sales pipeline activities as a Commercial Assistant. Earlier, as a Sales Assistant, I implemented the CRM system and organised customer records.

I'm an MSc student in Global Politics and Society at the University of Milan, seeking an internship as a Sales Analyst Assistant. My experience includes Excel, Tableau, and Power BI, and I communicate fluently in English.
